Return Policy

What is your return policy?

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date for US orders.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.

Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Cobana Club discretion to determine if the returned item has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. Please note we’re not offering free return shipping labels at this time.

What items are non-refundable?

Items purchased past the 14 day return policy.
Items marked as final sale.
Accessories (jewelry, hats, handbags, sunglasses)
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Items purchased using a 20% discount code or above.
Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
Original shipping and handling fees.
International orders

What if my item is damaged?

Cobana Club Guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 45 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. Cobana Club are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.

How soon will i get in my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the return department, you’ll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
